Sedentary office work is threatening to thwart the Welsh economy, the Sports Council for Wales has claimed.
It is offering businesses incentives to get employees active and create a healthier workforce which it says will "revolutionise" workplaces across the country.
The Sports Council is providing pounds 2m to encourage companies to foster a working environment that incorporates regular exercise throughout the year.
