A SERENDIPITOUS meeting at this year's Winter NAMM show between industry pioneers Keith Mardak, chairman and CEO of Hal Leonard Corporation, and Irv Kratka, founder and CEO of Music Minus One, has led to an agreement whereby Hal Leonard will distribute Music Minus One's line of play-along publications. The agreement went into effect on April 1. Previously, Elmsford, New York-based Music Minus One had handled its own distribution.
