Objectives:
1. Discuss the importance of tailoring nursing practice to meet the needs of parents.
2. Describe the impact of providing a parent bed space in the PICU.
3. List three challenges low-income parents of high-risk infants and toddlers with asthma face in managing persistent asthma.
