ATLANTA -- Three Atlanta area Renaissance Hotels - the Renaissance Atlanta Hotel Downtown, Renaissance Concourse Airport Hotel and Renaissance Waverly - are undergoing more than $18 million in improvements as part of the more than $1 billion investment that Renaissance Hotels & Resorts' owners and franchises are planning to make during the next three years to enhance the brand in North America.
