At the heart of FEMNET's Communication programme is the focus on improving networking, communication and information dissemination among African women. Beginning 2006, FEMNET working in close partnership with the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA) sought to increase the availability of information on women's human rights in both English and French so as to facilitate enhanced exchange of experiences and ideas between rural women from different parts of Africa.
