LOS ANGELES, July 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Hudson Capital Advisors, LLC (Hudson Capital"), an investment and advisory firm, has advised Bard Capital Group, LLC ("Bard Capital"), and its affiliated investor group on the acquisition of the assets and business of AmQuip Corp.
