CHARLES TOWN, W.Va., July 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ReBuilder Medical Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC: RBRM), an emerging medical device manufacturer founded by world renowned medical device inventor David B. Phillips, Ph.D., today announced it has signed a marketing agreement with Rousseau Associates, LLC. Rousseau Associates' services have been engaged by ReBuilder Medical to develop an infomercial.
