Jul. 24--Within the last five weeks, lawmakers have made Washington and New Jersey the first two states to ban text messaging while driving.
Just in time, USTelematics has released a product that will read aloud e-mails or text messages to must-stay-connected drivers.

"Safety should be our primary concern when driving," Charlene Montalbano, product manager of USTelematics Inc., said in a news release.
