Jul. 24--The Palm Beach Princess day cruise ship will get a new hand on the helm.
A U.S. bankruptcy judge on Monday agreed to appoint a trustee to run Palm Beach Casino Line, which has sailed from the Port of Palm Beach in Riviera Beach for the past decade.
The move takes control of the company from its executive vice president, Francis X. Murray, who has run the gambling line since it arrived in 1997.
Palm Beach Casino Line has been unable to find a way to pay its primary lender, Las Vegas-based PDS Gaming, which was owed $36.8 million when the cruise line filed for protection from creditors under Chapter 11 of ...
