TORONTO, March 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Tm Technologies Corp. (VSE: TMC) made the following statement today on behalf of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tm Technologies, Inc. of Woburn, Massachusetts:
The Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware has released its decision, after trial, in the action commenced against Tm Technologies, Inc. ("Tm") by ID Biomedical Corporation ("IDB").
The complaint by IDB in substance alleged that:
1. Tm had misappropriated confidential and proprietary information and biological materials belonging to IDB ("trade secrets").
