Versacold Income Fund has announced its trustees' support of a $525-million deal with Icelandic HF Eimskipafelag Islands subsidiary Eimskip Holdings Inc.
Eimskip, which took over Atlas Cold Storage Income Trust for $583 million this past October, will acquire all of the outstanding trust units of the Fund for cash at a price of $12.25 per unit in the take-over bid.
