Alliance Building Services divisions', First Quality Maintenance, Classic Security and Onyx Restoration Works recently received exclusive contracts to clean, secure and restore 70 W. 36th St., a Time Equities Inc. property.
The property is home to Alliance Building Services headquarters.
Located in the transit triangle, the 16-story, 150,000-square-foot building boasts 24-hour security and card-key access.
Built in 1940, the building recently underwent renovations to the lobby and corridors. Notable tenants include Allstate Insurance, Majestic Watch Co. and Belding Hausman Inc. Retail tenants include Faviana and Soofee Wholesales.
