Jul. 26--Despite market volatility, Israel's mutual funds are continuing to flourish and raise capital. At least NIS 1.5 billion is expected to be invested in mutual funds this month. Market sources believe that most investment is going to mutual funds specializing in bonds. Mutual funds that specialize in foreign assets are again attracting investment after a long period of withdrawals.
