CME Globex, S&P and Dow Equity Index Products All Hit New Highs

CHICAGO, July 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CME Group, the world's largest and most diverse exchange, broke multiple volume records yesterday, including 11,629,768 contracts traded on CME Globex(R). The previous CME Globex record was 10,926,638 on February 27, 2007. CME Group's total volume of all CME and Chicago Board of Trade products was 22,357,302, the second highest total ever for the combined exchanges.
