Jul. 27--Every month, a ray of sunshine enters Dorothy Blue's darkened Best Street living room when Rosa Gibson arrives with two grocery bags of food.

At 76, Gibson is more mobile than Blue, who uses a wheelchair and turned 80 Thursday. Gibson refers to Blue as one of "my seniors," as if denying she, too, bears the elderly label. Instead, Gibson continues a 10- year string of monthly deliveries to Blue as part of her job as director of the Community Action Information Center on Wohlers Avenue.
