Hungarian holding Pannonplast to list plastics unit Pannunion on Budapest bourse
BUDAPEST. JULY 27. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Hungarian listed investment holding Pannonplast, formerly known as a mostly plastics-oriented group, announced Friday that it will incorporate its flagship plastics manufacturing unit Pannunion Kft and list it separately on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE).
"Pannunion Kft will be transformed into a joint stock company and will begin preparations for a listing on the BSE," Pannonplast said in a statement.
