The NHL, long considered a trailblazer in working with new-media platforms, took another step forward last week, finalizing a deal with NeuLion to deliver high-quality video and other content via NHL.com and all of the 30 club sites.
The pro hockey league and the new-media services company have teamed to create an NHL Integrated Video Portal, to debut when the new season starts on Saturday, Sept. 29.
