Jul. 27--KINGSTON -- A borough man was arrested early Thursday morning on numerous drug charges after police said he sold marijuana to an undercover officer.
Joseph Mattioli IV, 22, of 221 E. Dorrance St., was arraigned before District Judge Paul Roberts Jr. on four felony and four misdemeanor charges including drug paraphernalia, possession, intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance.
During his arraignment, Mattioli said this was the first time he had been arrested.
According to a criminal complaint, an undercover officer first purchased marijuana from Mattioli on May 25 at Mattioli's residence. ...
