CLEVELAND, March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Marymount Health Care Systems and Marymount Hospital have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to consolidate Marymount Hospital with The Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Under the consolidation, Marymount Hospital and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation will develop an integrated delivery system to complement the existing Cleveland Clinic and the Cleveland Health Network. Through this new relationship, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation will become the parent of the proposed Cleveland Clinic Integrated Delivery System. The Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Marymount will operate as a single economic entity for purposes of managed care ...
