SEOUL, July 30 Asia Pulse - Doosan Infracore Co. (KSE:042670), South Korea's largest construction equipment maker, said Monday that it has signed a deal to buy a unit of U.S.-based Ingersoll-Rand Co. for $4.9 billion as part of its efforts to beef up its overseas business.
