With the recent release of 35 new Disney movies on Microsoft's Xbox Live, the company is moving in on what was thought to be Apple's territory--Disney was the first to sell show episodes on iTunes and Apple chief Steve Jobs is Disney's largest shareholder.
Xbox Live Marketplace offers Disney videos in HD, but iTunes does not. This is the most significant difference in the Disney content on Xbox Live and iTunes, other than the titles that each offers.
There is surprisingly little overlap in the titles that Xbox Live and iTunes offer. Apple has laid claim to most of the animated classics such as "The Little Mermaid" and "The Great Mouse Detective," as well ...
