The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) published a second notice requesting comments regarding a proposed information collection on food industry marketing activities and expenditures targeted to children and adolescents. This notice was summarized by Food Institute Counsel, OLSSON, FRANK & WEEDA, PC.
Background
On Nov. 22, 2005, President Bush signed legislation appropriating funds for the FTC.
