(OTC Bulletin Board: MGUY; FSE: BKX), an oil and gas exploration company with interests in the Gulf of Suez, Egypt, and Saskatchewan, Canada, announced today that it has entered into a letter of intent ("LOI"), dated July 30, 2007, to complete a Business Combination with Sea Dragon Energy, Inc., a private Canadian corporation.
