Welsh biotech company British Biocell International (BBI) yesterday said it had more acquisitions on its radar after an impressive increase in profits and revenue to the City. The Aim-listed company announced pre-tax profit of pounds 1.83m and turnover up 53.2% to pounds 9.73m, powered by its position in the diagnostics and healthcare markets. Last year the company made pre-tax profits of pounds 890,000 and had a turnover of pounds 6.35m.
