Jul. 31--CHEYENNE -- Just days after a heavy downpour forced four families to evacuate their Rawlins Street homes, a Sunday evening storm cell brought only more displeasure.
"My daughter was afraid everything was going to fall apart this time," said Jennifer Keller, whose 4906 Rawlins St. home was damaged by last Thursday's storm.
She was one of several people who live on the corner of Polk Avenue and Rawlins Street to have their Habitat for Humanity home basements and yards picked apart by flood water.
