Hi there all golfers and wannabes, not such a great weekend for SA sport, in particular the rugby, but I hope things will only get better. It was nice to see Ernie getting back into rhythm and finishing only four shots behind Niclas Fasth at the BMW this weekend.

By now you would have heard the rumblings about the new revised handicap system. If you haven't yet heard or are unclear as to how it works, let me explain.

With effect from July 1, the new national handicap system will come into place. The communication from SAGA is very clear in this regard and all golfers need to be aware of the details.
