Former transport minister Mac Maharaj says he will see the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) in court.
This was in apparent reference to his constitutional challenge of Section 28 of the NPA Act to be heard in the Pretoria High Court.
Maharaj was not prepared to comment on Justice Minister Brigitte Mabandla's confirmation that a decision on whether to prosecute him and others for alleged corruption would only be made after the outcome of his constitutional challenge and information was received from Swiss authorities.
