MAY brings to mind Mayflowers and Mothers' Day, which was celebrated on Sunday. For a large portion of the population, Mothers' Day is a great day to either celebrate your mum or be celebrated as a mum. But when Mothers' Day comes around, there are some women who are not among the celebrating masses. There are some women they just don't make a Hallmark card for. I think about them this time of the year . . . every year.
