DURBAN'S 13 year-old artful dodger, who has been linked to more than 30 housebreakings, may be released from the Mpumalanga reform school where he is being detained, when it closes for the school holidays next month.
This is despite his failure to return after being granted a pass from the same school last year. The wily Foco, as the teenager is known, allegedly used his time on the run to further his crime spree.
