Three out of every 20 gay men are anorexic, bulimic or binge eaters, according to a new US study.
New York-based Columbia University recently released results from an analysis that looked at the prevalence of gay or bisexual men who have experienced anorexia, bulimia, or binge-eating. It is the first study to use clinical criteria to measure evidence of an eating disorder, rather than measuring body dissatisfaction and symptoms alone.
