Aug. 5--A 30-year-old woman was killed late Saturday afternoon when the car she was riding in ran a red light and struck a tow truck.

Two other people were injured in the accident that occurred at Miracle Mile and the Interstate 10 Frontage Road.

Kimberly A. Wallace, 30, was riding in a Lincoln Continental driven by Shane E. Wallace, 29, when he ran the red light in the eastbound lane of Miracle Mile and hit the tow truck, which was traveling northbound on the frontage road, according to a Tucson Police Department press release.
