PELHAM, Ala., March 28 /PRNewswire/ -- WinsLoew Furniture, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WLFI) today announced that it has acquired Continental Engineering Group, Inc., a California-based manufacturer of ready-to-assemble ("RTA") ergonomic computer furniture designed for use in home offices and small businesses. Continental's space savers, most of which have patented designs, include computer workstations, desks, chairs, modular systems, and accessories. Funds for the acquisition are being provided by WinsLoew's new $75 million credit facility.
