PARENTS and pupils have described the province's Saturday education recovery plan as having failed in some areas.
Now into its fourth week, the recovery plan was created to compensate for time lost during the recent public servants' strike.
High-ranking union leaders have admitted that there have been problems in some areas, but they were reluctant to go on the record as the recovery plan was designed by unions and the Department of Education.
