Frozen baby food? It may not be p there with pizza and shrimp, but it's a hot emerging category, and getting hotter as more start-up companies enter the field. And not only in North America: there are entries as far off as the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Tastybaby, based in Malibu, California, is the latest entry in the budding new category--and like some of the others, its frozen baby food foods are also organic. A promo piece from the company argues that the combination is widely recognized as the healthiest nutritional option available today.
