STAMFORD, Conn., March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Manny Fernandez, chief executive officer of Gartner Group, today presented USAA with three awards acknowledging the company's efforts as key to bringing Best Practices Groups to Real Decisions, a Gartner Group subsidiary.
