Wine makers look to cash in on retail boom
New Delhi, Aug 12 (PTI) Organised retailing is proving to be a boon for wine companies, with top players like Diageo, Champagne Indage and UB Group finalising tie-ups with retail majors for gaining ample space to display their products.
While Reliance Retail has entered into arrangements with Diageo, UB Group and Champagne Indage, other retailers like Shoprite and Future Group are also being approached by wine makers for similar pacts.
