Chris who? If that's your reaction to learning that Chris Hannah came a close second to Pierre Trudeau in voting for the Worst Canadian, don't worry--it's our reaction, too.
Hannah is a Winnipeg-based punk rocker who openly campaigned for votes, saying on his band's website: "I don't stand during O Canada. I hate Wayne Gretzky. I am THE worst Canadian and you know it." Canada's history is rife with ne'er-do-wells and knaves--plenty of whom are certainly more villainous than Hannah. Yet he's just one of a cast of contemporary characters to receive nominations for the Worst Canadian.
