Videocon to shift its registered office
Mumbai, Aug 13 (PTI) Videocon Industries Ltd today said it will shift its registered office in Aurangabad to a new address within the city.
The office, which was earlier situated in Adalat road, would now be shifted to Paithan Road, the home appliances maker said in a communique to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Shareholders of the company passed the special resolution for the shifting of the office by way of a postal ballot, it said.
Besides, they have also approved the proposal that the company would carry on generation and supply of power, fuel and minerals.
