INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - ENERGY: Wild Horse to Begin Uranium Exploration in Ajka - Australian energy company Wild Horse is to begin examining the industrial sludge generated by the Bakonyi coal power plant for deposits of uranium. Andras Barabas, CEO of Wild Horse Energy Hungary Kft said that a new plant has to be constructed in order to asses the deposits found in the 20 mln tonnes of involved refuse. Accordingly, the actual sales, targeted at the western regions of the EU may begin in 2-2.5 years, if the prospecting scheduled to be completed by early 2008 proves successful, he said. ...
