Aug. 14--When Sara Lee Corp. reports fiscal fourth-quarter earnings Wednesday, Wall Street once again will be scrutinizing the results for clues to how much additional progress Chairman and Chief Executive Brenda Barnes has achieved in her long-term makeover of the Downers Grove-based food and consumer-goods giant.
