Aug. 14--VICTORVILLE -- Rising property values downtown are good news for the city as a whole; but what is a positive change for some is not necessarily positive for others.
Victory Outreach Church, which focuses on gang rehabilitation and prevention, has a little more than two weeks from Monday to find itself another place to worship.
The owner of the building -- at Victor and Seventh streets -- informed the church that they must find another home.
