PITTSBURGH, Aug. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- GENCO today announced that its subsidiary, GENCO Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (GIS) was notified by the U.S. Army Contracting Agency, that after a challenge to the initial contract award, it was selected by the Department of the Army to provide base operations and maintenance support at Fort Lee, Virginia. The contract has a base period of one year plus four one-year options and is valued at $63.3 million. GIS commenced work on August 1, 2007.
