Tokyo, Japan, Aug 15, 2007 - (JCN Newswire) - The public tender offer opened on July 2, 2007 by a subsidiary of Fujitsu Services, Fujitsu Limited's wholly owned subsidiary based in the U.K., to acquire the entire issued share capital of GFI Informatique of France closed on August 8, 2007, and Fujitsu Limited today confirmed the results of the offer as announced by French regulatory body AMF yesterday, August 14.
