Aug. 15--Tulsa Health Department officials reported in a recent news release that some mosquitoes in Tulsa County have tested positive for West Nile virus.
THD suggests using repellents containing DEET as a protection against the insects.
But not everyone wants to use chemicals.
"It's poison, and what you put on your skin goes into your blood stream," said Annette Riherd.
