Trinity Real Estate announced that Deluxe Entertainment, a world leader in services and technologies for the entertainment community, will open a motion picture laboratory and post-production center at 435 Hudson Street. Deluxe has facilities in Los Angeles, Toronto, London, Rome, Florence, Madrid, and Barcelona.
Deluxe will occupy 44,000 s/f of commercial space at 435 Hudson Street, including the entire 9th floor and portions of the 8th floor and basement.
