Aug. 16--ALBANY -- At The Chocolate Gecko, chocolate mixes easily with substances not normally associated with truffles: flavors like cayenne pepper, chipotle, lime tequila and chai.
But the unique tastes have helped distinguish this chocolate maker in the Capital Region and beyond. Now, the Delaware Avenue business, comprised of owner Terra Stratton and chocolatier Estilita Zarza, is poised to expand.
