Ofcom today announced the appointment of Mike McTighe as a new Non-Executive Board member for a three year term commencing on 1 September 2007. In addition, Ofcom also announced that Millie Banerjee has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Board Member until 31 December 2009.

These appointments were made by the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, James Purnell and by the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, John Hutton.
