Finnish power company Fortum has decided to sell 35.5% of Russia's Lenenergo to a consortium made up of VTB, I.D.E. Electricity Distribution Investments 1 Ltd and Unified Energy System of Russia.

The deal is worth 295 million euros, the Finnish company said in a statement.
