THESE seven men have lost a massive 42 STONE between them - going from flabby to fantastic.
With the help of Scottish Slimmers they have swapped fast food and beer for healthy eating and exercise.
Martin Young shed more than eight-and-a-half stone to keep his dream job as a radiographer. And John Meek lost five stone after a health scare.
The seven men are finalists for Male Slimmer of the Year.
