QUALCOMM Incorporated (NASDAQ:QCOM), San Diego, a leading developer and innovator of advanced wireless technologies and mobile data solutions, has introduced its new infrastructure reference design for Ultra Mobile Broadband(TM) (UMB(TM)) networks.
